Theo Hernandez and Morata miss training with France and Spain
Les Bleus defender Theo Hernandez and Alvaro Morata are doubtful for the Nations League games with Croatia and Portugal respectively due to injury issues
Hernandez suffered a knock in AC Milan training while Morata picked up a knock in Atletico Madrid training
Theo Hernandez's hopes of featuring for France in the Nations League have been dealt a blow after the defender suffered a knock in training with AC Milan on Monday.
The left-back is now a doubt for Les Bleus' upcoming matches against Croatia and Portugal later this week.
Hernandez has been in impressive form for Milan this season, making 12 appearances in all competitions and scoring one goal.
His absence would be a major blow for France, who are already without a number of key players through injury.
Meanwhile, Alvaro Morata is also a doubt for Spain's Nations League matches against Portugal and Switzerland this week.
The striker picked up a knock in training with Atletico Madrid on Monday and is now being assessed by the Spain medical team.
Morata has been in fine form for Atletico this season, scoring seven goals in 12 appearances.
His absence would be a major blow for Spain, who are looking to win the Nations League for the first time.
