Raptors' Bruno Fernando ruled out against Pacers
Fernando injured in Monday's practice
Center expected to miss multiple games
Toronto Raptors center Bruno Fernando has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Indiana Pacers due to a left knee injury.
Fernando suffered the injury during Monday's practice and is expected to miss multiple games.
The Raptors are already without Pascal Siakam (groin) and Precious Achiuwa (ankle), so Fernando's absence will leave them shorthanded in the frontcourt.
Khem Birch is expected to start at center in Fernando's absence, with Chris Boucher and Juancho Hernangomez also likely to see increased minutes.
The Raptors will be looking to snap a two-game losing streak when they host the Pacers on Monday.
