Tymovskoye prosecutor's office initiates investigation into illegal construction

Tymovskoye Prosecutor's Office initiated a preliminary investigation into the legality of the construction of in-house gas pipelines in the village of Tymovsky.

According to the prosecutor's office, the administration of the Tymovsky urban district issued a permit for the construction of in-house gas pipelines to Gazprom Gazoraspredelenie Sakhalin LLC.

The construction company began laying gas pipelines along the streets of the village. However, an audit by the prosecutor's office revealed that the company did not have permission from property owners to conduct work within their territories.

The company also failed to provide the prosecutor's office with documents confirming the safety of the gas pipelines.

The prosecutor's office initiated a preliminary investigation into the legality of the construction of the in-house gas pipelines.

The investigation is ongoing.
