Stojkovic on the draw with Switzerland: "A dramatic match"
Serbia coach Dragan Stojkovic praised his team's fighting spirit after they came from behind to draw 2-2 with Switzerland in their World Cup opener on Friday.
Aleksandar Mitrovic's second-half header canceled out Xherdan Shaqiri's stunning opener for Switzerland, who had taken the lead through Breel Embolo in the first half.
Stojkovic was pleased with his team's performance, especially in the second half, and believes they can still qualify for the knockout stages.
"It was a dramatic match," Stojkovic said. "We started well, but then we conceded two goals. But we showed great character to come back and get a point."
Serbia now face Brazil in their next match on Monday, and Stojkovic knows it will be a tough test.
