Knott's New Spinning Coaster Debuts Summer 2023
Knott's Berry Farm is getting ready to spin visitors around and around with the much-anticipated grand opening of Sol Spin, a thrilling new spinning coaster coming to the park in the Summer of 2023. While details are limited, the park has already released some exciting information about this highly-anticipated new ride.
What We Know So Far
Sol Spin will be located in the Boardwalk section of Knott's Berry Farm, alongside other popular rides like Surfside Gliders and Pacific Scrambler. The new spinning coaster will feature spinning gondolas that will give riders a unique and exhilarating experience as they twist and turn through the air.
One of the most exciting features of Sol Spin is that it will be the first spinning coaster on the West Coast to utilize a magnetic launch system. This launch system will propel riders from 0 to 40 miles per hour in just a matter of seconds, giving them an unforgettable burst of speed and excitement.
In addition to its spinning gondolas and magnetic launch, Sol Spin will also feature a number of other unique elements, including:
- A 100-foot-tall tower that will give riders panoramic views of the park and surrounding area
