Poland 1 Scotland 1 LIVE as Nations League exit looms large but there’s still hope

Scotland’s hopes of avoiding relegation from the Nations League suffered a major blow with a 1-1 draw in Poland.

The visitors took a shock lead inside six minutes, with Lyndon Dykes firing home from close range.

But Poland leveled just before the break through Krzysztof Piatek’s penalty. Neither side could carve out a winner in a second half that saw both teams hit the woodwork.

Scotland have now won just one of their five games in the Nations League, and they will be relegated to League B if they fail to win their final game against Ukraine on Tuesday.

Poland, meanwhile, need to beat Wales in their final game to win promotion to League A.
