Atlanta comes out on top in 117-112 win

Hawks' Capela and Hunter lead the way

The Atlanta Hawks defeated the Sacramento Kings 117-112 on Wednesday night at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento, California. Clint Capela led the Hawks with 25 points and 15 rebounds, while De'Andre Hunter added 20 points and 10 rebounds.

The Hawks led by as many as 16 points in the second half, but the Kings fought back to within three points with just over two minutes remaining.

However, the Hawks held on for the win, thanks in part to some clutch free throw shooting down the stretch.

The win snapped a two-game losing streak for the Hawks and improved their record to 18-21 on the season.

The Kings, meanwhile, dropped their third straight game and fell to 17-22 on the season.

Capela was a force inside for the Hawks, scoring 15 of his 25 points in the second half.

Hunter was also efficient from the field, shooting 8-of-13 from the field.

The Kings were led by De'Aaron Fox, who had 24 points and 7 assists.

Domantas Sabonis added 20 points and 13 rebounds, while Kevin Huerter had 19 points.

The Hawks will return to action on Friday night when they host the Portland Trail Blazers.

The Kings will be back in action on Saturday night when they host the New Orleans Pelicans.
