DENVER, Colo. - Josh Manson's overtime goal lifted the Colorado Avalanche to a 4-3 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday night at Ball Arena.

Manson's game-winner came at 4:27 of the extra period, as he took a feed from Nathan MacKinnon and fired a wrist shot past Flyers goaltender Carter Hart.

The goal was Manson's second of the season and gave the Avalanche their ninth straight win, extending their NHL-leading point streak to 15 games.

Mikko Rantanen, Evan Rodrigues, and Valeri Nichushkin also scored for the Avalanche. Hart made 32 saves in the loss for the Flyers, who have now lost four straight games.

The Avalanche took an early lead in the game when Rantanen scored a power-play goal at 6:05 of the first period. The Flyers tied the game in the second period on a goal by Owen Tippett but Rodrigues put the Avalanche back in front with a goal at 15:15 of the second.

The Flyers tied the game again in the third period on a goal by Scott Laughton, but Nichushkin gave the Avalanche the lead back with a goal at 13:36 of the third.

The Flyers pulled Hart for an extra attacker in the final minutes of the third period, but Manson's goal sealed the victory for the Avalanche.

With the win, the Avalanche improved to 29-6-4 on the season, while the Flyers fell to 14-19-9.
