Manchester United Ready to Loan Out Joshua Zirkzee

Eredivisie Wants Striker

Manchester United are reportedly prepared to loan out striker Joshua Zirkzee in the January transfer window, with several Eredivisie clubs interested in acquiring his services.

Zirkzee, 21, has struggled for regular playing time at Old Trafford since arriving from Bayern Munich in the summer of 2020, and has been limited to just four appearances in all competitions this season.

The Netherlands U21 international is keen to play more regularly and is said to be open to a loan move in order to get the game time he needs to continue his development.

Interest from the Netherlands

Several Eredivisie clubs are believed to be interested in signing Zirkzee on loan, including PSV Eindhoven, Feyenoord and Ajax.

PSV are reportedly the frontrunners for Zirkzee's signature, with the club's sporting director Marcel Brands a known admirer of the striker.

Feyenoord and Ajax are also said to be keen on signing Zirkzee, but PSV are thought to be in the driving seat for his signature.

Loan Move Likely

It is understood that Manchester United are willing to sanction a loan move for Zirkzee in January, as they believe it will be beneficial for his development.

Zirkzee has shown glimpses of his potential at United, but he needs to play more regularly in order to reach his full potential.

A loan move to the Eredivisie could provide Zirkzee with the platform he needs to do just that.
