DeZhon Hall goes in-depth on Wisconsin official visit
Badgers extend early offer to one of the top West Coast prospects in 2024
Three-star cornerback DeZhon Hall made his official visit to Wisconsin over the weekend, and he came away very impressed with the Badgers' program.
Hall, who plays for St. John Bosco High School in Bellflower, California, is one of the top cornerback prospects in the 2024 class. He has offers from several major programs, including Alabama, USC, and Oregon. But Hall said that Wisconsin is at the top of his list.
"Wisconsin is a great school with a great football program," Hall said. "I love the coaching staff, and I think I could be a really good fit in their defense."
Hall said that he was particularly impressed with Wisconsin's defensive coordinator, Jim Leonhard. Leonhard is one of the most respected defensive minds in college football, and he has a track record of developing NFL-caliber cornerbacks.
Hall also said that he was impressed with Wisconsin's facilities and its academic reputation. He said that he is looking for a school where he can get a great education and play football at a high level, and he believes that Wisconsin is the perfect fit.
"I'm really excited about the possibility of playing for Wisconsin," Hall said. "I think it would be a great opportunity for me to develop as a player and as a person."
Hall is expected to make his college decision in the coming months. He said that Wisconsin is one of the schools that he is seriously considering.
