Cowboys' Zack Martin: Leaves game Monday night
What Happened?
Dallas Cowboys guard Zack Martin left Monday night’s game against the Tennessee Titans with a calf injury.
Martin was injured in the second quarter and was unable to return to the game. The Cowboys went on to lose the game 27-13.
Martin's Injury
The severity of Martin’s injury is not yet known. He is scheduled to have an MRI on Tuesday.
Martin is one of the best guards in the NFL. He has been a Pro Bowl selection six times and an All-Pro selection four times.
Cowboys' Outlook
The Cowboys are already without starting left tackle Tyron Smith, who is on injured reserve with a torn hamstring.
If Martin is out for an extended period of time, it would be a big blow to the Cowboys' offense. Martin is a key part of the Cowboys' offensive line, which is one of the best in the NFL.
