The four group winners from League A will qualify for the knockout stage, which will be played over two legs on 12/13 June and 18/19 June 2025.
Format
The knockout stage will be played in a single-elimination format, with the four teams seeded according to their UEFA Nations League ranking.
The semi-finals will be played on 12/13 June 2025, with the final being played on 18/19 June 2025.
